By using HiCalling you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
HiCalling is a service for adults. We block any account that states an age under 18, and we permanently remove any account found to belong to a minor.
The following are strictly prohibited. Breaking these rules means permanent removal of your account with no refund:
We review every report within 24 hours and remove the content and the person responsible when a report is substantiated.
Report and block controls are available on the profile screen, in chat, and during a call. Blocking someone stops them from messaging you, calling you, or seeing you at all. You can also write to us at support@hicalling.com.
Calling anyone on HiCalling is free. Every call includes an amount of time at no cost. If you want to keep talking, you buy extra time for your own call using credits, at a single flat rate that is the same for everyone.
No user earns anything on HiCalling. Credits you spend pay for the service; they are never transferred to another user's account. There is no gifting feature that converts to value, and there is no payout of any kind to users.
VIP removes the call time limit. VIP is bought with credits for a fixed number of days; it is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. Credits are purchased through the App Store. Credits that have been used are non-refundable; unused credits are lost when you delete your account. Refund requests are handled by Apple under App Store policy.
You are responsible for keeping your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app, under Profile → Account settings → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Accounts that break these terms may be suspended without notice. We may change or discontinue the service, and will give notice where we can.
